I would like to nominate BethNaught to the community to be an administrator. BethNaught is an experienced wikimedian who started in WMF wikis in 2014, firstly in Wikipedia, where they are now an administrator. They poked their head in here in early 2016, and through that year increased their contributions, and valuably increased our holdings in women's topics and authors. BethNaught has demonstrated adminship qualities, understands our site and requirements—our namespacesl; participates in broader community conversations; shows general use of RecentChanges by identifying spam and abuse.
